b. Projected Balance: +$270.99 (does not include liability insurance when adding 2 more teams)

c. JH will contact SSUSA/Stephanie Hopkins regarding any additional cost to the 2021 league liability insurance when we move back to BLD and add two additional teams.

(Subsequent to the Board meeting, JH contacted Stephanie Hopkins from SSUSA regarding league insurance.  Hopkins has added two additional teams for 2021 for a total of 8.  There is no additional charge for the addition of these two teams as our 2020 credit covers the full invoice.  Although there is no balance owed, JH forwarded the revised invoice to SB.  JH forwarded revisions to Valley-Wide certificates of insurance which require some slight modifications based on Valley-Wide’s request.  She has submitted the change requests to their broker, but notified JH that there has been some substantial changes to the broker organization, and it has been taking some time to get new certs issued.  She will forward the revised cert to JH as soon as she receives it, at which time we will provide to Valley-Wide.  JH also clarified from Hopkins that all Valley-Wide fields are covered for our use on a blanket basis for our insurance, which includes the recently requested Washington Park. JH also received copies of the GL and Umbrella policies, and will also be receiving a copy of the Accident policy.)

The Board approved, without vote but by unanimous consensus, the proposed Budget.
Included proxies from absentee board members.

4. Valley-Wide Parks
In the event of a rainout/cancellation at BLD, if possible, we will attempt to reschedule some of the games at a Valley-Wide park.  Preferred parks are Lago Vista and Marion Ashley since both have two fields.
