Summary
The Bob Kapeller Memorial Tournament was held on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at the Big League Dreams Sports Park in Perris, CA. This event, hosted by Menifee Valley Upper Division Senior Softball, honors the disabled veterans and members of our armed forces (both past and present) for their service, dedication, and sacrifices for our country.
This year, profits will go to the “4 Paws 4 Patriots” charity which provides service dogs training and equipment for disabled American veterans.
Over 300 players, family, and friends attended this year’s festivities.
28 softball games and a 50-50 raffle were all part of the day’s activities.
Tournament Games
18 teams competed in the 5-division round-robin tournament.
The division champions were:
60M Division – Samurai 65M+
60AAA Division – Blue Bolts 60AAA
65 Division – Braves 65AAA
70 Division – Olde Dawgs 70AAA
75 Division – So. Cal Warriors 75AAA
